Refund and Returns Policy

At Kick Jersey Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your jersey must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@kickjersey.net with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back to us following the instructions provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged jersey, or need a different size, we offer free exchanges. Please contact us at support@kickjersey.net with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Name & Number jerseys (personalized items)
  • Jerseys that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or wrong items, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
